COURT SYSTEMS NEED EXISTING TRUTH TECHNOLOGY NOW

The whole world basically runs on laws. Without them, our societies would be far from civilized.Laws are made to protect both the innocent and the guilty alike. In the various religions, we find that laws are given to govern the lives of the followers. In some cases, the laws of the religion is what the whole community or land lives by.For instance, the Bible gives us two kinds of ministers, those who preach the words of God to the people and those who enforce God’s commands. In modern civilization, we have the judiciary system that gives us the courts, lawyers, judges and the law enforcement team of the courts.

An average officer of the law spends years to study in the specific profession they have chosen. The law is a system of details and every part must be in its proper place, which is why there is need for detailed study. These officers of the law willingly sacrifice their lives, finances and families to protect their people.Unfortunately, many of these people are unknown faces and they don’t usually get the right recognition for their service to their country.

An average person on the street just goes about their daily activities. No matter how much you feel like helping, you may not really know what to do. These officers do everything they can to maintain the peace, calm and tranquility we enjoy in the society. Many of them have to work with their lives and their families constantly endangered because of their profession. They work crazy hours, get little pay and yet they have to deal with injury or death in a bid to protect the people.Even the Bible describes these people as ‘personally chosen by God to serve and protect the people. So if you didn’t know before, it’s important that you understand that we owe a great deal to our ministers of justice.Unfortunately, we have a major issue with the court systems. Their operations are based on 16th Century technology and society, on the premise that ‘once you swear on the Bible, you are obligated to tell the truth’.Unfortunately, in this present civilization, swearing on the Bible doesn’t mean much to most people. People commit perjury in court without any feeling of guilt or remorse.

The real issue now is that the court systems need a new standard of truth that can be recognized and respected by everyone, irrespective of their religion, class or stature in the society. The officers of the law need all the right tools to carry out their duties. There are now different tools available to detect when people are lying or telling the truth. If these tools are used, we can prevent cases where people are wrongful sent to prison based on false evidence or testimony given in the courts. For instance, there have been a few cases where people had served many years in the prison for crimes they didn’t commit, only for new evidence to surface and it was discovered that certain witnesses had lied in court. These are grievous situations because these are lost years that these people can never get back and they would have gone through horrifying experiences that most people never recover from.

People lie under oath for many reasons. It could be that they are under duress or being blackmailed or they may have been hypnotized. Unfortunately, some just lie because they can or because they want someone to pay for their crimes or to cover up more crimes.Let’s look at hypnosis. Hypnosis can be quite powerful and it is more common than people would like to admit. Carla Emery said in her book “Secret, Don't Tell - The Encyclopedia of Hypnotism", that it is quite possible for a hypnotist to get at least 10% of the population to do what they want just by hypnotizing them. She said the remaining 90% might need to be drugged for the hypnotism to really work. For instance, if you administer the drug through a drink, the people would be oblivious to it and become easily susceptible to the hypnotist’s whims thereafter.Contrary to popular belief, it is easy to make hypnotized people do anything from lying to robbery to committing a murder.Emery warns people not to think they can’t be hypnotized. According to her research, she said the more intelligent a person is, the more susceptible they are to hypnotism.

This is not to scare people or make them paranoid. It is just to make everyone aware that many things are happening that are often beyond our control.Presently, it’s no longer enough to convict another person based simply on the testimony of a witness, at least until there are ways to confirm whether they are telling the truth or not or whether they may have been hypnotized. There are rumours of Government programmes where Sleepers or mind-controlled individuals (known as Manchurian Candidates) are trained for the Government’s whim.

Unfortunately, there have been cases of private citizens hypnotizing others to commit heinous crimes. This is why we are advocating for a new ways of identifying truth in our court systems. As much as we need helpful technology, we do not recommend the use Lie Detector Machines. These already have complicated problems as shown by various research, writings and articles. We would recommend the Brainwave Fingerprinting technology invented by Dr Larry Farwell. This has been revolutionary in helping to investigate crimes, clear innocent suspects. So far, this technology has shown 100% level of accuracy in research done on various government security agencies.

Conclusion

Having the right tools in place will go a long way in helping the court systems to maintain a standard of truth and also enforce it. We are in modern times with technology advancing at a very fast rate. It is time for our court systems to catch up with technology and make our society safer for all of us to live in.
